Building God's Kingdom through Worship, Outreach, and Fellowship

NEW HERE?

Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome to celebrate Christ’s love with us here at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.

Everyone here at St. Andrew’s has been a newcomer at some point. You might have questions when planning to visit a church for the first time, and we hope the following information is helpful.

We’d love to meet you. Our doors are open and all are welcome to any of our events, all of which can be found on our Upcoming Events page. Any of our clergy and staff are also available and happy to meet for coffee, any time. Their contact information can be found on the Leadership page.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY & RESOURCES FOR FAMILIES

Children's Chapel

Children aged 4 through 5th grade are invited to join us every Sunday during the school year during the 10:30 worship service. Meet the teachers on the Ferguson Ave. playground at 10:15. After some recreation time, the children go inside and are separated into older and younger age groups for a lesson based on that Sunday's lectionary. Children return to parents in worship in time for Communion. All our Children's Chapel volunteers are safe-church trained and background checked.

ST. NICHOLAS CHAPEL

St. Nicholas Chapel is open for prayer and meditation 24 hours a day. It is accessed by the entrance at the corner of Main St. and River Rd.

BAPTISM

Click here for our baptism policy. We look forward to talking with you about the sacrament of baptism and to welcoming you (and/or your children) into the household of faith!

STAINED GLASS WINDOWS & STATIONS OF THE CROSS

St. Andrew's stained glass windows tell a continuous story of the life of Christ, beginning with the Annunciation and ending with Pentecost. See and learn more about our windows here. The Stations of the Cross depicts the final hours, or Passion, of Jesus. See our beautiful Stations of the Cross here.

FUNERAL CUSTOMARY

St. Andrew’s Funeral Customary is a document that contains helpful information not only about planning funerals but also about living wills, organ donations, powers of attorney, and other end-of-life considerations. It is a very helpful reference for yourself or for loved ones. Click here to download your copy of the Funeral Customary. Please contact the church office if you would like a printed copy.

SERVICE DOGS WELCOME AT ST. ANDREW’S

Animals are one of God’s great gifts to us.  The loyalty and affection of our pets and service animals can be for us a reminder of the way God loves us – completely and abundantly.  What a blessing that some animals are able to serve as helpers and companions to humans who need a little extra help!  Service dogs are always welcome at St. Andrew’s.
