Adult Christian Formation

The Adult Christian Formation Team develops programming for Sunday Adult Forum and for small group opportunities for adults.

Communications

The Communications Team works closely with the church staff and other teams to plan and lead communications to the St. Andrew’s parish family and to the community surrounding us, helping parishioners participate in sharing our story and inviting the community to participate.

Congregational Development

The goal of the Congregational Development Team is to extend to others the opportunity to experience the joy and blessing of having St. Andrew’s as their place of worship, outreach, and Christian fellowship. The team plans and implements the three facets of congregational development: Invite, Welcome, and Connect.

Finance

The Finance Team develops and oversee the church's budget.

Parish Life

The Parish Life Team welcomes newcomers into our parish family and helps to build and sustain a joyful, loving and caring community by providing events that incorporate the meeting of new friends while generating opportunities to strengthen existing parish friendships. Everyone is invited to participate! The team organizes the Coffee Bar before and after all services, hosts special event Sundays.

Memorials

The Memorials Committee meets throughout the year to oversee and allocate the funds donated to St. Andrew’s in memory of loved ones and friends. Committee members are appointed by the rector and includes one Vestry representative.

Outreach

The Outreach Team provides assistance to those in need, in our community and beyond, and offers St. Andrew’s parishioners opportunities to give of their time, talent and treasure in service to others. Click here to learn more about outreach at St. Andrew’s.

Pastoral Care

The work of the Pastoral Care Team is a shared ministry with the clergy and staff, providing pastoral care to parishioners and newcomers. The team assists with providing home communion to the sick and shut in; visiting those in the hospital and supporting those who are ill with visits and meals; providing pastoral support in times of crisis through visits, calls and notes; promoting the total health of the congregation.

Facilities

The Properties team oversees and manages the maintenance of our buildings and property.

Worship

The Altar and Flower Guilds assists the priests with all services, cares for church linens, communion vessels and arranges flowers for all services.  The Altar Guild is made up of five teams which take turns serving throughout the year. No prior experience is required to join the guilds – on the job training is provided.

Youth & Children – Christian Formation

This team works in conjunction with clergy and staff to develop programs and opportunities for Christian Formation for youth and children and for adults. Learn more about Christian Formation here. Learn more about offerings for children and youth here.
